WHAT FLOR DE COBRE ?
Flor de Cobre (meaning: Copper Flower) makes handcrafted, fair trade and one of a kind jewelry, using old world techniques, a lot of love and fine craftmanship. With an obsessive attention to detail, they create hybrids of geometric style, urban and bohemian, unique and edgy pieces. Inspired by and made from organic materials such as wood and pure copper.
WHAT I DID:
I designed the logo and emblem to reflect the whimsical nature of organic material, inspired by the bohemian feel of their jewelry.
The design for Flor de Cobre is still very much a work in progress. The packaging has been designed to enforce the obvious authenticity and uniqueness of every single piece of jewelry. Every package, envelope, sleeve or pocket is handmade from recycled or upcycled material (craft cardboard, homemade paper, recycled wrapping paper, etc… and with the utmost respect for what nature provides.
